For me, photography is about capturing the moment. One that no longer exists.

photographe mariage Poitiers

As a journalist for ten years in the Paris daily press (La Croix, Le JDD, Le Monde) and communications manager for six years, I’ve always been in contact with photographers and videographers who fascinated me with their ability to capture everyday life in images. Today, I draw on all these influences, as well as my passion for jazz and literature, to share my view of the world, and of those moments of intense happiness that are weddings. Wedding photographer and videographer based between Poitiers and La Rochelle, I travel all over France.

An avid sportsman (black belt in judo, tennis player and runner), I always give my all to get the shots you want.

Frequently asked questions

Do you organize photo shoots before the wedding?

Yes, in fact it’s preferable. For both the photographer and the bride and groom, it’s a chance to get to know each other, to get a feel for the place, and to start doing some situational poses so you’re more at ease on the big day.

I charge €100 for this special moment, which usually lasts 2 hours, plus travel expenses if any.

It all depends on the weather, the atmosphere, the decor and the number of people at your wedding… Count on between 800 and 1,000 photos for a complete wedding (day + evening).

It takes about a month. As a wedding photographer in Poitiers, there are a lot of events during the high season. So I can’t guarantee a faster turnaround. But a pleasant surprise can’t be ruled out.

Once processed, the photos are put online. on my website in a personal and private gallery. Each bride and groom has access to it via a code and can share it with their guests. Before putting all the photos on this gallery, I would like (if possible) to show the bride and groom all the photos myself. The discovery of the photos by the bride and groom is always an important moment for both the wedding photographer and the bride and groom. From this gallery, you can download the entire album if you wish, as well as order prints of the photos you like best. Jingoo’s service is high quality and relatively affordable.

Sorry, I don’t give raw files to customers. Likewise, the presets I apply cannot be modified. Post-processing requires as much, if not more, work than shooting.

Yes. Naturally, I like to highlight color photos, which also look particularly good in black and white. This concerns 5 to 10% of the photos. If you ask me, I can process a photo you like in black and white.

Yes. I ask the bride and groom for a deposit of 30% of the total cost when they decide to use my services. This allows me to block the date of your wedding. Please note that I do not refund this amount if, for any reason, you have to cancel your event. The rest is due upon receipt of the photos/videos.
All my brides and grooms receive an invoice and a contract in return.

Yes, we charge €0.70/km round trip from Poitiers.

Yes, I propose albums to my brides and grooms, which I have designed by an experienced graphic artist, a former stylist and iconographer for a fashion magazine in Paris, who knows perfectly how to arrange and bring the photos to life. The album, meanwhile, is produced by Dreambooks, who guarantee a top-quality product with a beautiful finish. An album costs around 1000 euros.

Don’t hesitate to ask for more information. I have sample albums and samples (type of paper, cover and print).
